We’re proud to support our local house charity, Children’s Hospice South West
For more than 30 years Children’s Hospice South West has been caring for children and young people with life-threatening conditions by providing the best possible hospice care for children and young people. The care offered is not just about medical and nursing support for sick children but enriching lives of the children and their whole family. The care extends outside their facilities to visiting the families in their own homes or local hospices to be there when needed the most.
They offer a home from home environment where children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home. With a specialist sibling team, the family can get the time they need to spend together and have much needed rest.
