Nestled on the legendary Ecclesall Road, Mowgli became a firm part of the Sheffield dining landscape back in 2019. As the seventh member of the Mowgli family, this spot was built to feed Yorkshire well, acting as a humble, neighbourhood Indian home kitchen for the city of Sheffield. With its warm glow and communal buzz, it feels less like a formal restaurant and more like an evening street food market, creating its own kind of magic right on the edge of the city.

Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice supports children with life threatening conditions, their siblings, and families. They provide clinical care but also help families to create magical memories which they can treasure forever in the welcoming environment of the hospice, which is full of love and laughter.

Whether you're here for a quick solo bite or a loud, messy family feast, we’re all about great food, good vibes, and making sure you leave with a smile.
How to Find Mowgli Sheffield
You’ll find us right in the thick of things on Ecclesall Road, one of Sheffield’s most famous stretches for independent food and drink. We are located near the intersection with Sharrow Vale Road, just a short walk from the Botanical Gardens' greenery.
By Bus
This is the easiest way to reach us. The 81, 82, 83, and 88 buses run every few minutes from the city centre (Arundel Gate or High Street) and drop you off just a few doors down from us.
By Train
We are roughly two miles from Sheffield Railway Station. It’s about a 10-minute taxi ride, or you can hop on a bus from the stop right next to the station.
By Car
There is plenty of on-street pay-and-display parking along Ecclesall Road itself, as well as several side streets. If you’re visiting for a longer session, the Berkeley Precinct car park is nearby.
