If you need to return goods to Mowgli Street Food Shop, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure that anything you would like to return is unused, in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached and in its original packaging.

Once we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit or debit card within 10 working days.

We will refund your order including original and return postage if your purchase is damaged or you were sent the wrong item. Under all other circumstances, we will refund the cost of the item but you will need to pay postage. Please be advised that refunds can only be made on receipt of the item in its original condition, so if items are sent back uninsured it is at your own risk.

Please note we do not offer exchanges.

Lost gift cards cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Please keep your gift cards safe as we would hate for you to lose them!

1. The gift card or e-gift may not be exchanged for cash.
2. The gift card or e-gift is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit, or charge card.
3. No change will be given if the total value of the gift card or e-gift not redeemed. But the e-gift can be used for future purchases.
4. Mowgli Street Food will not be held liable for lost, stolen damaged or unauthorised use of gift cards or e-gifts. These should be protected as if they were cash.
5. Physical gift cards cannot be reused for future purchases. Any remaining balance I not exchangeable with cash or another gift card & will be automatically forfeited.
6. Physical gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
7. E-gifts are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
8. Mowgli Street Food gift cards and e-gifts are only valid at any Mowgli Street Food restaurant in the UK. All available venues can be found here. Gift cards and e-gifts are not valid with any online purchases.
9. Gift Cards and E-Gifts are not valid for Delivery or for use on a third-party delivery platform.
10. Mowgli Street Food gift cards and e-gifts can be purchased with a minimum of £10, up to a maximum of £250.
11. Email gift cards from Mowgli Street Food should be treated as cash. If deleted, they will not be resent.
12. Email gift cards are valid either presented on a smart phone or printed out.
13. Email gift can be used multiple times until all of the remaining balance is spent prior to the expiry date. The balance of e-gifts can be checked here.
14. Once purchased, gift cards and e-gifts are non-refundable.
